  • Unsure which movement and exercise is safe to do

  • Unsure what chores/ activities are safe to do at home

  • Unsure if a hobby is helping or making things worse

  • Unsure where to start

Example topics and goals:

  • I want to make a change in my life and I'm not sure how to get started

  • I've tried to make a change before and I didn't get the results I wanted

  • I am ready to take control of a health complaint or persistant pain

  • I have been told I should make a health change but I’m not sure if I want to or how to begin

  • I am working with a Functional Medicine Practitioner and would like some more support through the process

  • I have started to make a change but I want it to feel easier, more enjoyable and feel more achievable 

  • I want to play with my children without worry, expectation of pain or concern of injury

Includes:

  • A free first session which includes a consultation to discover what you need as a unique individual and how we will achieve it

  • A mixture of Health Coaching and Movement Therapy based on your individual needs (some people will only require one of these options)

  • SOS plan - We will create an actionable and supportive plan that can be put into place, just in case you experience the ‘worst case’ scenario again

  • Access to the Pomme Online Movement Therapy library of over 30 videos which include (releases July 2023)

All first sessions are free and one hour long.
From this session, I can determine which of the four Pomme Method ‘pillars’ would be best to base your individual plan on and I will work with you to tailor your plan- the length, intensity, frequency and whether you require coaching and movement therapy or just one of the two.
