Filling up your battery pack is not a one-fits-all method.

You will receive an individual programme on a combination of any of the following:

  • Neuro-muscular work to release pain and retrain muscle usage

  • Movement Therapy (prescribed gentle movement) for muscular balancing

  • Learn ‘trigger point’ therapy (a little like giving yourself a massage) for fatigue and targeted release for your own body

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Remembering how to play and what that looks like for you

All courses include:

  • A free first session which includes a consultation to discover what you need as a unique individual and how we will achieve it

  • Learn your pillars (what do you personally require to feel stable and in control)

  • Sleep hygiene

  • A personal SOS plan for moments when it’s all too much

  • Help to unravel the route cause of fatigue and pain

  • Progressive plans to heal and regain your quality of life

  • Life coaching and goal setting for your ‘next steps’

  • Weekly or bi-weekly sessions/check ins and Charlette’s ongoing support

  • Access to the Pomme Online Movement Therapy library of over 30 videos which include (releases July 2023)

All first sessions are free and one hour long.
From this session, I can determine which of the four Pomme Method ‘pillars’ would be best to base your individual plan on and I will work with you to tailor your plan- the length, intensity, frequency and whether you require coaching and movement therapy or just one of the two.
