This course is about you and your life. For some people that might include movement, for others it won’t.

Includes:

  • A free first session which includes a consultation to discover what you need as a unique individual and how we will achieve it

  • We form a partnership together and explore your dreams and ambitions, and I support you as you move towards a life that excites and fulfils you

  • Guided through stages of change so understand when/ if going backwards and have tools in place to administer if this happens 

  • Become clear on vision and make actionable steps to make it a reality

Depending on your needs and goals, ‘Becoming Limitless’ can also include:

  • Stress management

  • Meditation and mindfulness coaching

  • Current life regression healing

  • Sync your success to your hormones (for men and women)

  • Learn how to rest properly to bring you additional success

  • Workbooks for creatives and artists - Understanding the ‘challenge of the creative’ and the ‘curse of the artist’

 

All first sessions are free and one hour long.
From this session, I can determine which of the four Pomme Method ‘pillars’ would be best to base your individual plan on and I will work with you to tailor your plan- the length, intensity, frequency and whether you require coaching and movement therapy or just one of the two.
