Chill out before Christmas at our 10 day meditation, mindfulness and yoga retreat in Kerala, South India and return relaxed and refreshed and ready to embrace the Christmas Festivities.

Get away from the cold and the Christmas rush and give yourself time to relax and unwind and explore another country and another culture.

Overview

  • 10 days in colourful Kerala, a part of India known as God's own country for its beautiful beaches and backwaters is a really special introduction to amazing India. Staying in a Beach and Lake Resort, this holiday includes accommodation in an ensuite double room with a balcony and sea view, breakfast and all yoga meditation and mindfulness classes. A full schedule of optional trips out will be arranged including visits to an ashram, an elephant sanctuary, the tip of India where Ghandi's ashes were dispersed, an Indian Cookery class and a night out in a 5 star hotel with Indian dancing entertainment.

  • 6.30 Early Morning Meditation

  • 7.30am Yoga

  • 9.00 am Breakfast

  • 10.30 Mindfulness with Maggie

  • 11.30 Free time swimming, sunbathing, massage, relaxing, exploring

  • 16.30 Yoga

  • 17.30 Yoga Nidra

  • 19.30 Dinner

Your Hosts

Charlette You know me! I will be teaching 1-2 yoga classes a day (dependent on trips) plus private classes and personal development sessions upon request.

Maggie is a qualified Mindfulness and Yoga Nidra teacher and adheres to the NICE guidelines.
She has been practicing Mindfulness for many years and teaching groups and individuals in her home town of Milton Keynes, by Skype and Facetime and also on her Mindfulness holidays in Portugal, Ireland, France and in Kerala India in conjunction with her friends Karen and Sivan who live here

Karen offers meditation guidance (Zazen) and laughter yoga
