At the core of my work is a deep understanding of emotional intelligence (EI). Working with senior leaders and emerging leaders, I teach and coach EI to enhance performance and work satisfaction at the highest level. Through coaching, educational workshops and talks, I help embed the critical behaviours and skills that form the core of strong leadership and team cultures. 

By improving both self-awareness and the awareness of others, I enable leaders to identify and resolve team dysfunction, communicate more effectively, and set a standard for communication that permeates the entire organisation. 

This leads to a clear understanding of the teams you need around you to create the success you are striving for and whether you have hired the right people. 

Setting this standard and understanding how people work results in stronger, more cohesive teams and improvement in employee engagement, productivity, creativity and employee retention.
